Our research focus is on the development of new materials based on biodegradable polymers or their mixtures with synthetic polymers reinforced by metal nanoparticles (Ag, Au, Cu), metal oxide (ZnO, TiO2) and/or or mineral (montmorillonite, zeolite, kaolin). More precisely, our research aims to improve some  properties of these polymers in order to provide them new functions, by refining or controlling their structure after incorporation of nanometric particles; We can thus significantly modify their mechanical, barrier, optical, electronic performance, etc. and thus develop nanobiomaterials with multiple functionalities.
Two routes for developing bioactive nanomaterials are used:
1/ in solution
2/ in  molten state
